ESTECH Signs Distribution Agreement with Neoprobe
ESTECH Initiates U.S. Distribution of Quantix Blood Flow Devices that help Cardiac Surgeons improve patient outcomes
San Francisco, CA, June 10, 2006-At the ISMICS (International Society For
Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery) 9th Annual Scientific Meeting, ESTECH, Inc.
of San Ramon, CA, announced it has entered into a U.S. Distribution Agreement with Neoprobe
Corporation (OTCBB: NEOP) for the Cardiosconix Quantix/OR blood flow measurement system.
The Quantix/OR is designed to provide surgeons with quantitative hemodynamic information
in coronary artery bypass graft (CABG) and carotid endarterectomy procedures.

surgeons with innovative new technologies for improving patient outcomes
